What are the cleaning service charges in Toronto?
Our residential cleaning prices are based on the size and type of property, as well as the kind of service you require. We offer a flat-rate system for most standard cleanings, guided by a detailed checklist. If you’d rather have us clean specific areas of your home, hourly rates are also available.

Flat-rate pricing for standard cleaning:

Condo/Apartment (up to 800 sq. ft.) – $150

Townhouse/Semi-detached (up to 1,500 sq. ft.) – $200

Detached House (up to 2,500 sq. ft.) – $250

Larger Homes – Starting at $300

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning:

2–3 Bedroom House – $230

Is it necessary for me to be home while the cleaners are working?
Not at all. You’re welcome to go about your day—most of our clients aren’t home during their scheduled cleanings. You can grant us entry in whatever way is most convenient for you, whether that’s leaving a key, sharing a door code, using a lockbox, or coordinating with your concierge. If you'd rather be present during the service, that's totally fine too. Just let us know what works best for you ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements.

When is the best time to book a cleaning service?
We can often accommodate last-minute requests, but for larger cleaning projects, please try to book at least 2-3 days ahead.
Our house cleaning service operates every day of the week, offering convenient time slots to fit your schedule: 9:00 AM, 6:30 PM.
