You can grant us entry in whatever way is most convenient for you, whether that’s leaving a key, sharing a door code, using a lockbox, or coordinating with your concierge. If you'd rather be present during the service, that's totally fine too. Just let us know what works best for you ahead of time so we can make the necessary arrangements.
We can often accommodate last-minute requests, but for larger cleaning projects, please try to book at least 2-3 days ahead.
